Should you receive the incorrect size or style, you may return the item to us 

within 10 days of receiving it. 

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so 

we can provide you with correct instructions on returning the item.

Returned items should be returned insured/registered unused in its original 

packing to prevent against loss during shipping.

*Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once 

they arrive at our Return Center.*
  
All our products are checked for faults before shipping. 

Should you nevertheless receive a faulty item and need to exchange it 

for the same item,Please contact us within 5 days and provide a digital 

picture of the item received.

We will review the digital picture provided,If the item is indeed defective 

we will ship you a new item at no charge to you.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker or lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, 

shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have 

a different shoe.
